childrens answer papers (:

Dear parents,
While co-coordinating for Hindi Utsav ... did not get time to hand back the children answer papers.
In Bal Utsav day will try to locate the children / parents to give back the answer sheet.

Today's performance by our class was nice...and I feel proud of them...
Shalini was the lead, who identified the poem and taught the kids...
They also enjoyed practicing during the class....

Pl consider volunteering for Hindi class.
We are planning to have some workshops and it will be nice to have more people trained.
You can join the main force of volunteering when you feel your are ready... (even after many years ......)

Pl have your kids practice once a week (one hour at least).. Else they will forget all that they have learned by Sept

May 4th : last class update

Dear parents,
May 4th we had the final exams.
I correct all the papers today.
70% of kids have done well, scoring  above 70%.
Greater than 20 out of 30.

For the other kids, they need to practice.
Most of them lack in consonants and this is what slowed down the class room progress for last few weeks.
Next year, curriculum will be learning matras, and knowing consonants is a "MUST".
So if you want your child to continue to next level, then before Sept you need to work with them.
Else they will repeat the same grade level.

Thank you all for bringing in snacks. I am sure the kids had a great party time.

On May 11th the kids will first go to their class room.
They will collect the exams papers and will go to assemble hall for Hindi Utsav.
They will be seated with their class teachers.

Hindi Utsav will start from 3:05pm to 4:30pm
We request you to stay with your kids until all the performance are over
