Sorry for late update... (: Happy Diwali !!!!
During the first part of the class, had the quiz. Half of the class did well. The other half needs to study more.
Now is the time to spend more time to Hindi, since the regular school has less work.
Ask your child to revise the alphabets a few times..during holidays
They should be able to tell a few words which start for each vowels... So a fun game can be done ..
I even encourage for English words for Hindi alphabets... like ए aeroplane is also fine.. not just aek.
For next half had a game to have conversation. Simple sentences of question and answer were asked b/w two teams.
Forget to inform kids there will be another quiz on Dec 1 ..since all the kids did not do well.
HW: Write 5 times all vowels.
Also write 10 Hindi sentences..in English
like
Aap Ka naam kya Hai ?
Mere Ma ka Naam .... hai.
Yah Kya Hai ?
Yah Pustak/ Kalam/ gande/ Bal/ Aak/ Kaan etc...
